How to PWN with an RPD

The RPD is a beast of a gun as this video will demonstrate. This is done on Highrise so it is pretty easy to spawn kill your opponents when playing domination. The difference is that this guy gets 2 nukes in one match.

I thought I would give this a go so I stood on top where this guy did with the same setup and guess what? I got killed. A lot. I can’t aim at all though so your mileage may vary.

Akimbo 1887’s Made Me Cry

So I’m strolling along minding my own business on Scrapyard when all of a sudden blam I’m dead. Figured I either stepped on a claymore (I always do that) or some sniper got me. So I check out the kill cam and some asshole is running around with these twin terminator shotguns. Now if the guy was close to me I wouldn’t have been that upset, I was using my akimbo pistols and figured I could win just about any close quarter battle except against a lucky shotgun blast.

Unfortunately this jackass was halfway across the map. I dunno how he saw me cause I would have needed an acog scope with my brightness turned to max, but not only did he see me, but he killed me. With a shotgun. From across the freaking map. I’ve uncovered some great strategies for using these things and they go something like this.

Get to Level 67
Use only 1 of these until you unlock akimbo
Pull the “I Win” button and giggle like a little girl

USP 45 Akimbo

If you’ve been playing modern warfare you will know you get both a primary and a secondary weapon. This certifiable badass decided to toss the primary and use his pistols all John Woo style. I saw this video and decided to unlock my pistols and it took me about 83 games of getting my ass handed to me to finally get them.

Now that I have them… well I still get my ass handed to me by small children who’s voices haven’t broken yet. In any case this vid features some nice headshots and some good strats for playing on Highrise as a rushing based class. The key takeaways are that lightweight is useful with the akimbo USP 45’s and aim for the head. This lets you run up on fools, blast them in the face and steal their chocolate bars before they can even aim at you.

I still can’t aim worth shit so getting so close that the guy I’m trying to kill takes up my entire screen is essential.
